If you would like to conveniently access or upload files and folders directly into your Reclaim Cloud app or database, you can use FTP (File Transfer Protocol). This guide will show you how to add FTP within your Cloud account and how to connect with it.
Install the FTP Add-on

Once in your Reclaim Cloud Dashboard , click the Add-ons button for your application server or database.

In the opened tab you’ll see the list of all applications available for adding to your environment. Find FTP and click Install.

Сonfirm the installation by clicking the Install button in the pop-up window.

After adding FTP to the Jelastic environment you’ll receive an email with your credentials (FTP links, Login, Password, IPs etc.).

Using an FTP Client

Make sure you have an FTP client installed on your computer (popular ones are FileZilla and Cyberduck).

Enter your Host, Username, and Password using the FTP credentials you received in the email after installation. If you need help opening a connection reference this guide.
Connecting Through Your Browser

Click the Add-ons button for your application server or database.

Find FTP in the list of applications. There click the link with the associated IP address:

In the opened browser tab fill in your FTP credentials (from the email after installation). If you have an FTP client installed, it may automatically open the client.
Reset FTP Password
If you would ever like to reset your FTP add-on password, navigate to the add-on in Reclaim Cloud and select the three-lined icon in the top right.
