Beginning January 1st, 2022, Reclaim Hosting has made updates to approved payment methods, depending on your type of account. Please reference the following:
Shared Hosting customers are asked to please make payments online in the Client Area Portal. Customers may login at portal.reclaimhosting.com and pay invoices online via Credit Card or PayPal.
If you are planning to pay via credit card, you don’t need to take any action right now; when your renewal cycle comes up, you can log into Client Area Portal and pay using your card at that time. We have a guide available on how to navigate and pay your invoice using a credit card.
If you are planning to pay via ACH Direct Deposit, you may need to exchange information in order to set up that process. If so, you can communicate with Reclaim Hosting in advance of your renewal cycle - you don’t have to wait, and this can streamline the process for you once your renewal does come around.
