Starting on January 1st, 2022, Reclaim Hosting will no longer accept payment via check. Depending on your account type, different payment methods will be available to you.
Professional Services, Managed Hosting, and Domain of One’s Own customers are asked to please pay either via credit card, using Client Area Portal, or via ACH Direct Deposit.
If you have been a customer prior to January 1st, 2022, this change may affect you differently depending on what type of account you have and what method of payment you plan to use.
If you are planning to pay via credit card, you don’t need to take any action right now; when your renewal cycle comes up, you can log into Client Area Portal and pay using your card at that time. We have a guide available on how to navigate and pay your invoice using a credit card.
If you are planning to pay via ACH Direct Deposit, you may need to exchange information in order to set up that process. If so, you can communicate with Reclaim Hosting in advance of your renewal cycle - you don’t have to wait, and this can streamline the process for you once your renewal does come around.
