When determining whether or not Reclaim Hosting services are right for you, it's important to know exactly what you can expect when issues arise and you need to additional help. Our standard support includes the following:

"I just submitted a ticket. When can I expect a response?"
Reclaim Hosting's Business Hours are 8am - 5pm EST, Monday-Fridays. While Shared Hosting customers are not promised a guaranteed response time, we try our best to aim for responding within an hour during business hours, and within 24 hours on weekends and recognized holidays. Customers with a Service Level Agreement will be prioritized in the support ticket queue.
