FTP cPanel Username & Password
When transferring large files using SFTP, you’ll be required to access your cPanel username/password separately. If you don’t know these credentials offhand, you’ll need to reference your account welcome email that was sent to you upon signup. It will look similar to the following:
If for whatever reason you do not have access to this email, you can always reset your cPanel/FTP password by navigating to My Accounts on the tool bar, and then selecting the option to View Details of your domain.
From there, click on the Change Password tab.
