What Are My FTP/cPanel Credentials?

FTP cPanel Username & Password

When transferring large files using and FTP client, you’ll need to connect using your cPanel username/password. If you don’t know these credentials offhand, you’ll need to reference your account welcome email that was sent to you upon signup. It will look similar to the following:

Setting a new cPanel/FTP Password

If for whatever reason you do not have access to this email, you can always reset your cPanel/FTP password in the Client Portal

Once you have accessed the Portal, click on the View Details button for the account whose password needs to be updated.

From the Details area there'll be a menu on the left hand side where you can select Change Password.

From there, you'll be taken to the password reset page to create your new cPanel/FTP password.
