There may be a few reasons why your account is suspended, so how do you unsuspend it? Though, it’s first important to note that it may not be suspended but rather inactive.

Inactive Status

If your account becomes inactive, you will be able to log in and view your stopped environments but you won’t be able to make any changes or start them. The most common reason your account becomes inactive is if there is no balance remaining.

When you refill the balance the account will be reactivated automatically. You will then need to restart your environment(s) manually (by clicking the Start button).

Suspended Status

If your account is suspended, you won’t be able to log in and your environments will be stopped. Two possible reasons for suspension are no available funds for 60 or more days, or the terms of service have been breached.
