Installing SSL Certificate on Custom Domain in Reclaim Cloud

This guide will cover how to install an SSL Certificate on a custom domain under Reclaim Cloud.

The first step is to bind your external domain to the cloud environment you wish to have a custom domain for. This is done by clicking on Settings

Under Domain Binding enter the custom external domain you wish to use and click Bind

The actual process will take a few minutes.

While this is taking place, you can set up a CNAME record in your DNS for the custom domain pointing to the cloud environment. In this example it would be env-5411503.us.reclaim.cloud

We’ll now want to access the Add-Ons for the AppServer. You can find this by clicking the > symbol in front of the environment you want to work with. This will expand the options available.

Select Add-Ons and Configure on the Let’s Encrypt Free SSL

Let's Encrypt

You can now enter your custom domain and press Apply

Configure

The SSL Certificate will now install onto your custom domain.
