The Domain of One's Own Documentation page includes links to Reclaim Hosting's knowledgebase documentation on Domain of One's Own - Version 2 that is relevant to end users. Like the dashboard, the page is in the WordPress backend to ensure that only logged in users (DoOO Users and Admins in particular) are able to access it, and can be found at /wp-admin/admin.php?page=dooo-docs. For example, on stateu.org, the page is located at: https://stateu.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=dooo-docs. These documents will open in a new tab.
There are three separate sections. User Docs, Admin Docs, and Custom Docs. Both User Docs and Admin Docs are hardcoded into and update with the plugin, so they cannot be changed by anyone other than Reclaim Hosting.
User Docs
User Docs are visible to both end users and admins, and provide instructions for using Domain of One's Own and cPanel as an end user; these pieces of documentation are simply links to Reclaim Hosting's knowledgebase.
Admin Docs
Admin Docs are only visible to admins and provide admin level instructions for using DoOO, WordPress, cPanel, and WHM on an admin level; most of these pieces of documentation are links to Reclaim Hosting's knowledgebase, but a few plugin-specific/technical docs are included as embedded HTML within the plugin.
Custom Docs
Custom Docs are pieces of documentation custom to a specific DoOO instance. Custom Docs can only be embedded HTML, and have to be added to a specific directory in the plugin files (assets/html/docs/custom/); this directory is ignored by the update mechanism, so they will not be overwritten or interfere with updates. The Custom Docs section is not visible if there are no pieces of custom documentation added, but if there are any, the section is visible to both end users and admins.
