Cancel cPanel Account
If you’d like to cancel your cPanel account, you can always do so in the Client Area by clicking on View Details next to the account you'd like to cancel.
Then in the left sidebar under Actions, select Request Cancellation.
You'll then want to complete the process by confirming the cancellation and requesting to cancel either immediately or at the end of your current billing period.
If you have a domain registration associated with your hosting account, you can also cancel the domain renewal by checking the box next to "I confirm I do not want to renew this domain again". If you want to keep your domain registration, do not check this box.
Cancel Domain Renewal
If you’d like to cancel your domain registration and didn't do so as part of your hosting account cancellation, you can always do so in the Client Area by clicking on Domains. From this page, click on the row for the domain you'd like to cancel, then select Auto Renew in the left sidebar.
Click on Disable Auto Renew to prevent your domain registration from renewing.
