Email Received: Initial Password Reset
On January 3rd, 2022 you will have received a Password Reset email with the subject line, "Your login details for Reclaim Hosting" and it will look something like this:
^You can click the reset link in that email to reset your password.
Resetting Your Password
If for whatever reason you can't find or access this email, or if the password reset link expires, you can always reset your credentials on the Client Area Portal login screen by clicking Forgot Password:
On the following window, you'll enter your byu.edu email address associated with your account and click Submit.
From there, you will receive a Password Reset email from Reclaim Hosting with the subject line, "Your login details for Reclaim Hosting" and it will look something like this:
Click on the link in this email to be prompted to reset your password:
Click Save Changes to save your new password. You may then log into https://domains.byu.edu/manage/clientarea.php with your new credentials.
Changing your password to something memorable
Once logged in, you may also reset your password to something more memorable by selecting Change Password in the dropdown menu next to your name in the upper right hand corner:
The following window will allow you to reset your password:
Click Save Changes to save your new password.
