This article will walk you through how to reset your password to the Client Area using the ‘Forgot Password’ link and through the ‘Change Password’ menu item within the Client Area.
Resetting a Forgotten Password
First, you’ll want to go to the Client Area's Login screen. Once there, click the "Forgot Password?" link.
Enter your email address and Click "Submit."
You’ll get an email with a link to reset your password. Click the link in the email.
Type in the new password you’d like to use. Once they match click "Save Changes."
